What it's made of
Molded plant fiber (such as sugarcane bagasse or bamboo pulp). PLA or CPLA: a plastic made from plants, certified compostable in commercial facilities. Always check what your local composter or hauler accepts.
Pairs with container: TR-SC-U8D. World Centric compostable 8x6" clear lids for 2-compartment fiber containers are made from PLA, (polymer made from plants). Great for warm or cold food, these lids are heat resistant up to 110°F. Not microwavable. PLA products should be stored in a cool place below 110° F and out of direct sunlight. These are certified compostable in a commercial facility, which may not exist in your area.
