If your order includes products from more than one supplier, it may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number, sent to you separately by email as they ship.

For most items, delivery time and shipping cost are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. We don't publish a fixed delivery window because carrier rates and transit times vary by order and by supplier.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer than average.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping outside the US is not yet available.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@yugoeco.com and we'll work with the supplier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
