What it's made of
Molded plant fiber (such as sugarcane bagasse or bamboo pulp). We have not yet confirmed whether this item has a plastic lining; ask us before ordering if it matters. Always check what your local composter or hauler accepts.
World Centric® fiber bowls are made from bamboo and unbleached plant fiber, an annually renewable resource. Great for soup, salad, fruit, and snacks. These disposable bowls contain no wax or plastic lining, and are freezer safe.

World Centric® compostable clear PLA lids for 16-32oz takeout fiber bowls are made from PLA, (polymer made from plants) . Great for warm or cold items, these lids are heat resistant up to 110°F. Not microwavable. PLA products should be stored in a cool place below 110° F and out of direct sunlight.
