  • Handcrafted perfection: each knife is made by skilled artisans using authentic materials, with one artisan responsible for the entire process. the cross shepherd design on the handle marks it as a true Laguiole en Aubrac table knife.
  • Spring & stainless steel bolsters: the spring is polished on the inside and forged as a single piece with its fly. the iconic bee is forged into the stainless steel spring, and the bolsters are also made of stainless steel.
  • Made in france: proudly crafted near the village of laguiole, in the aubrac region of france.
